Another room downstairs available, much bigger but shower downstairs does not have heater (can be settled). All rooms not furnished, but if needed, can provide furnitures upon request. Room windows are all grilled for added security.
Kitchen - Stove & Fridge available. Washing machine also available. Wifi available.
Can move in anytime starting March 2011. March 2011 rental will be free ( 1 month ), rental (RM 170) will be collected April 2011 onwards.
