Dear all,
The Semester 10 is organizing a Kampung Angkat Project (KAP) which falls on the 20th and 21st of November. Health screening would be the main event which is the purpose of this KAP being held and organized annually by all Semester 10 students. Hereby, we are extending our invitation to juniors from Seremban Clinical School so that it will be of benefit when it reaches your turn in Semester 10. Brief details of the KAP are as follow:-
Day 1 (20/11/2010)
-Massive health screening + games
-Telematch
-Cultural Night
-Homestay with an adopted family (Kelurga angkat is part of the project where you and a partner will be assigned to stay with a family. More details will be provided when you arrived Batu Pahat)
Day 2 (21/11/2010)
-Morning activities
-Bid farewell to respective families
(End by Sunday noon)
Dear all juniors, you guys are expected to arrive Batu Pahat on the 19/11/2010, Friday (evening). Accommodation on Friday night would be provided. I would expect you guys to have your own transport down to Batu Pahat but the petrol will be reimbursed by IMU.
As the number of juniors is limited, we can only take in certain number. So, do confirm with me ASAP. You are most welcome to e-mail me if you have any queries.
p/s: Do confirm with me by 12th of November, Friday. Hereby, I apologize for such a short notice but I assure you that you will learn something out of this project.
