Ms Veena from AAD has emailed us to inform us that there are some problems with the GP posting forms for some people who have:
1. NOT submitted their GP posting form
2. FORGOTTEN to write their name & ID no. on the GP posting form
There are quite a number of names, so we won't make a list, but you can find the GP Posting Name List HERE.
Please download it and check to see if your clinic details are correct, or if they are MISSING, that means you have one of the two problems above.
After that, please go and see Pn Rozlin at AAD to (re)submit your clinic details.
Her extension number is 2206.
