We are please to advise that the Student Centre (except for SRC office) is scheduled to be functioning by 23 March.
1) Gym Equipment Relocation (Action: Student Services)
We would appreciate if you could pleased arrange for the gym equipment specialist to dismantle and re-install the equipment to LGF - new gym room on Friday, 20th March. Please confirm and provide detail of the specialist. Kindly liaise with Loy.
2) IT/AV (Action: ITS)
As agreed with the furniture supplier, the furniture for the ECA Work area, Meeting Room Tables and TV cabinet will be delivered and installed by Thursday, 19th March. Other furniture ie SRC Office, Hall of Fame Cabinet and Meeting Room Cabinet will be delivered and installed by 26th March. Kindly ensure PCs and Printer are set-up
Awang - pls set-up the LCD projection/screen.
3) Music Room Equipment (Action: SRC/Loy)
Arrangement for the relocation can be set on Friday, 20th March. Please confirm and liaise with Loy.
4) Relocation of Lounge furniture/TV (Action: SRC/Zulkepli/Loy)
Zul - Please coordinate the relocation and installation of TV by Friday, 20th or Sat 21st. Also please arrange/coordinate the transfer of the furniture to LGF.
CURRENT STUDENT LOUNGE WILL BE CLOSED FOR RELOCATION ON 20 TH MARCH!
5) Security Access Pass (Action: Kong/Zul)
Kindly ensure that the security access pad is activated. Also please programme entry access for all BJ students for New Student Centre. Please also ensure that the CCTV is activated and that a security post is set-up.
6) Handover of Room Keys (Action: Zul/Loy/SRC)
All room keys to be passed to SRC. Kindly ensure that the form is completed and signed by SRC.
7) ALL to take note: Please report all maintenance/defect issues to Loy/Zul/Amir for them to coordinate the rectification work.
