Surgery Notice

Dear all,

For OT  ON THURSDAY FOR GROUP A and friday for Group C.

Make a OT LIST whereby you will have 5 hours from 8 to 1. so, each couple go for 1 hour and 20 minutes of OT. SO, make the schedule with timing of each couple. only 2 people can enter at one time! the OT LIST must pass to the sister incharge of OT IN HTJ one day before! then, the your group members must collect crocs from sister rosalind one day before or morning of OT cause YOU CANNOT WEAR NORMAL SHOES IN.

SO REMEMBER: OT LIST TO NURSE INCHARGE OF OT IN HTJ and CROCS. AND PLEASE KNOW THE SCHEDULE OF OT OF THAT DAY, MUST KNOW THE PATIENT AND THE CASE IF NOT THE SURGEON CAN KICK YOU OUT! DO ALL THIS ONE DAY BEFORE!

Surgery Do's and Don'ts

Dear all,

1)Do's

1. Come to the ward at 7.15 am especially Dato' Kanda's ward 3A.
2. Please cover all the patients in the ward, especially those in 3A.
3. Wear your ID and nametag at all times at the wards.

2)Don'ts
For those that will be in 3A, don't skip your ward rounds. He will sometimes do an ad hoc CP. 

3B as well because he will occasionally go there. 

Internal Medicine: Exam

Guten tag!

Your Führer got an announcement regarding the clinical exam. Everyone will be examined by your own mentor, the one whom you submitted the reports and summaries to. 

However, for Prof Esha's mentees, Ashwath, Ferdi and Hasni will be examined by Dato' Thaya, while Izzat, June and Mohanraj will be examined by Dato' Singham. All 6 will submit your case reports and summaries (including the previous ones) to Dato' Thaya.

Internal Medicine: Timetable Changes

Guten tag!

These are the changes in the timetable for week 6 and 7. Please take note of them and make sure you don't miss them...Führer won't be responsible for people coming to empty classes...

Dato' Kew's TBL (Jaundice/Hepatitis) on Monday, 6/12/10 is changed to Wednesday, 15/12/10 (9.00am)
Dato' Kew's TBL (Acute & chronic diarrhoea) on Wednesday, 8/12/10 is changed to Thursday, 9/12/10 (1.00pm) which will be followed by Dato' Thaya's TBL (Leg swelling) at 3.30pm.
Dr. Lily's TBL (Changes in urine volume) will be replaced on 14/12/10 (2.00pm)
The places will be the same as written in the timetable for each TBL.

The Führer got news for all Internal Meds students. Plz send 1 case report and 2 case summaries to me by Monday, 22 Nov 2010 in a pocket file. Yes, d same colourful pocket file we used to use during our school days. Don't forget to write your name, ID num, C2/10 and d name of your mentor in front of d file.

One more news: For group A and C, the CP with Dato' Kew on Friday, 26 Nov 2010 will be brought forward to Monday, 22 Nov 2010 at d same time. Therefore, d CSU for Abdominal and CNS examination video-watching on that morning will be postponed to Tuesday, 23 Nov 2010 from 10.00am to 1.00pm (yeah rite...hehehe) at d same place (MLT).
