For claiming procedure, I need the receipt and the details (your IC number, your bank account, what bank and your phone number). Please send all of that before this Wednesday 24/11/2010 as I want to send it to Bukit Jalil for further processing. For those who have send the receipt, you can give the information that I need with mail.
