here are the learning issues for tomorrow's pbl. Case presentations will be done by group A.

Theme 1 : Nausea / vomitting
- describe the factors which can cause vomiting
- describe the mechanism by which the vomiting centre is activated
- describe the classes of anti-emetics and its mechanism of action

Theme 2: Poisoning
- pathophysiology of paracetamol poisoning and basis of management with N-acetylcysteine(NAC)
- mechanism of toxicity of salicylates, paraquat and organophosphates
