It is 10 min drive to IMU, but very near to Jusco (TGV, bowling, arcade, Starbucks, Secret Recipe etc).
Basically, for those who are driving to IMU and prefer to stay in a nice neighbourhood near amenities.

The master bedroom and 1 bedroom has been taken. Looking for a housemate for the third room. Rental is about RM200, but negotiable.
Parking spaces are plenty and located very near to the apartment since the unit is on the ground floor.
