Dear all,
Due to a technical malfunction today (7th april) we will need to reshoot the scenes for the Batch Video tomorrow. Also, as most groups had left by the time we finished (we apologise for the long wait), we have decided to allocate time slots per floor.
8.30 am : Ground floor (atrium)
9 am : lecture
10.30 -11.30 am : 1st & 2nd floor (not including cheerleaders and cheryls group)
11.30 am - 12.30 pm : 3rd floor
12.30 - 1.30 pm : 4th floor (everyone)
1.30 (to be confirmed) pm : CSU group
If you signed up for the batch video please do show up, it is not easy to find last minute replacements. Also, please be prepared with what you want to do. It makes it easier for all of us, and helps us get the job done faster.
