Looking for a housemate in Seremban.
Right now, I have found a corner lot bungalow with ample parking space (can park up to 4 cars in the porch). It is situated in Kampung Baru Rasah, 5 minutes' drive from IMU Clinical School, and only 1 traffic light away from it. It is near Seremban Siew Pau shop. Excellent location, superb condition, and the house is very big.
There is only 1 more room available now, and it is rather big, being the only room downstairs. The price is about RM 150, which is very, VERY CHEAP for a room of such size and condition, and such close proximity to HTJ and IMU Clinical School (seeing that many houses are renting out a tiny maid's room at RM 230). This is NOT a maid's room, it is a proper-sized, spacious bedroom.
