Important Dates to Take Note Of

Hello all batchmates!

A few reminder announcements & important deadlines to take note of, so you may want to bookmark this post for future reference:

1. ECA Verification : 10, 11, 12 March

SSD will set up a booth for our batch to bring our forms & certificates / letters for them to verify & check. This is to make sure that you can use that info for your ECA form.

2. GP Posting Report : 16 or 18 March (see timetable for grouping)

There are 2 debrief sessions for your GP posting; please refer to the Family medicine study guide to view the tasks your group must prepare before the debrief. you hand up your portfolio immediately after your debrief session.

3. ECA Documents' Due Date : 19 March

After the verification on 10 - 12 March, this is the final deadline for you to get your documents in order and submit to SSD, or you will be excluded from the ECA CD that will be compiled.

4. Comm. Med Portfolio Due Date : 5 April

This is self-explanatory. :) Please refer to your comm med study guide for writing & formatting guidelines.

5. IMU Ball : 10 April

GET YOUR TICKETS!! TABLES ARE RUNNING OUT!! Please contact me. :) (Jade)

6. Convo Mag ULTIMATE Deadline : 12 April

This is for absolutely ALL the profiles, photos, surveys, whatnot, which will be done over the span of this month & more. The last article to be submitted will be about the IMU Ball, after which no other articles will be accepted. Everything will be sent to the printer on this day.

7. Dental EOS 5 : 3, 4, 5 May

All the best to our dental batchmates!!! :))

8. Medical ICA 5 (MSK + CNS) : 20 May

Study hard... become MMS furniture.

9. Medical EOS 5 : 7, 8, 9, 10 June

Last shot for all phase 1 exams!! MEDT bang bang bang!!

10. Phase 1 Convocation : 20 August

To receive your certs and whatnot. :) The official convo for phase 1. Some people might have left for PMS already, so don't worry--you can collect your certs from IMU later.
