Handphone Collection during exams

Dear all,

 

Please take note of this.

 

SRC will only collect the hand phones of medical batches during EOS. We only collect your cell phone and nothing else. Your other valuables can be placed on the table in front of the exam hall. As bags are allowed to be put at the back of the exam hall for other courses, no hand phone collection is carried out. 

Please do not hand in your phones during summatives even if there is a tray there. There have been reported theft cases. Only hand in your phones when an SRC member is present and you have to register to submit your phones. 

Please spread the word and let your friends know about this to prevent future occurrences of such cases.
