Another unfortunate incident has occurred. An IMU student witnessed a 'hit-and-run' accident to a car that was parked on the side (opposite IMU, just a little down the road from the charsiupao and noodle hawkers).
So please remind your batchmates to not park on the side of the road for their own safety.
