Good day beloved batchmates,
The Student Affairs Department is very upset about the response for the survey forms (computer ownership and the student satisfactory survey form) that were sent out before the chinese new year. According to them, only about 10% were filled.
The response on the survey form is very important because IMU make changes according to the feedback students give.
Some people might wonder why everytime students complain IMU never do something about it. Well, during welfare and academic meetings, the administration would show us the survey forms and say: "look, here are the survey forms and the students never said anything about it, or they can say students know how to complain but never provide constructive ideas to improve the situation.
Alrite, here are the ways to voice out your opinions in a way that people would notice.
- Participate in IMU campus forum at www.imucampus.com It's a place where open discussions can be made and be heard and replied by the SRC or someone that's familiar with the issue.
- Go directly to the SRC room and discuss the issue with them. They are loacted at the 1st floor beside the PBL. Or you can send an email to them at imusrc@gmail.com
- Fill in the survey forms. This is actually one of the most effective way because it provides statistics to the University that drastic measures has to be made.
I sincerely apologize if this information isn't disseminated to everybody clearly. Therefore I hope that the next time the survey forms come in, our beloved batchmate will take the time to actually have a look at it.
To those who took the effort to fill in the survey forms, I personally thank you for doing so. However for those who didn't I really hope that you consider contributing to our university.
