Date: 13 March (end of Respi week 4)
There will be an examination briefing by Prof Ammu (current Head of Pathology) during respi week. It will include the actual examination marking breakdowns and the format.
Klinik Kesihatan Report
The report is due 1 week after your 2nd clinical visit. So everybody has a different date. Chinese New Year is counted as one week.
Report Format
After consulting the CSU, I found out that all they wanted is a tidy report. Font Size 12 with double spacing between paragraphs. Include the name, Id, Batch, location, dates and group number on the top of the page. All these have to be UNDERLINED .
It has to have at least 4 cases clerked. It has to include personal details (inclusing FULL addresses), chief complaint, 3 generations of family history and history of presenting illness.
One history per page. .
I guess almost everybody has already forgotten about the duties during clinical visits. So, here are the refreshments :P Its purpose would be to remind us that we have to get all these done during the two days visits.

- note 5 common diseases seen in the clinic
- interact with real patients in the primary care settings
- identify the various categories of staffs in the clinics and describe their functions
- observe communication and consulting skills
The group leader (self elected) has to report to nurse in charge or medical assistant upon arrival. Session is from 8:30am~12pm
Duties
- pharmacy, screening room, clerking counter, consultation room, treatment room, admission counter, and laboratory
- clerking patients
- have the chance to participate in the day care activities such as those for the elderly and health screening.
