Non-Communicable Diseases Week (volunteers needed!!)

Hey there,

As you know, Campus Friends will be collaborating with AMSA IMU and the Music Club to host the Non-Communicable Diseases Week which will be held on the 6th - 11th of October (i.e. the week when school resumes after the Raya holidays).
Campus Friends has been put in charge of managing several booths for the Food Fair which will be going on as part of fund-raising for charity. Basically, all 3 clubs will be splitting the profits in half, i.e. 50% of the profits will go to charity and the remaining 50% will be split amongst the 3 clubs, so we really need enough manpower to ensure that the food is sold and that we have enough ppl to prepare the food.

Basically, the delegation of food that we have to prepare are as follows:

Day 1:

Fried Meehoon (4 ppl needed to sell)
JCo Donuts (2 ppl needed)

*Note: Preferrably, the ppl who would like to help sell the food would be able to prepare them as well, i.e. cook it or buy it from outside. However, we will brief the volunteers later on at the meeting on Friday.

Day 2:

Potato Wedges (3 ppl)
Spaghetti (3 ppl)

Day 3:

Nuggets and Sausages (3 ppl)
Pizza (3 ppl)

We need as much manpower as we can get, (as you can see, we need about almost 20 ppl) so people who are willing to help out please attend a briefing at PBL 31 this Friday at 12.45 pm. For any enquiries, just e-mail me alyssasim@gmail.com
