We are now planning on a donation to the earthquake victims in China. So we need help from your batch as every other batches are currently busy preparing for their EOS. So we hope your batch can step up and help us to organise this event. We had got the approval from SAD and they will help us in this activity. All we need is to prepare some boards to display some news and photos regarding the earthquake. And we need to go to different batches to collect the donation. At this moment we might need to set up a booth in atrium but this is yet to be confirmed with the president. So can you gather some ppl to meet me asap n we will meet up to discuss the posters and finish it up by thursday. Can you just spread the news to collect the news on the earthquake either from chinese or english newpaper? We need them to paste on drawing papers and display them.
