This year we are having our IMU Ball at Parkroyal, Kuala Lumpur.
It is located just opposite Sungai Weng; in the vicinity of BB Plaza and Times Square. The date of the ball is 19th April 2008 at 6.30pm. The theme for the event is "A Sensational Symphony". Ticket price is at RM95 per person.
2. You can begin booking tables. Attached is a booking form for you. Please fill it up and mark your preferences accordingly. You can either print it out and hand it over to any of the IMU Ball committee members or simply email it back to us at imuball08@gmail.com with the form attached. Do remember to select your preference in the returned form. We would appreciate it if you could reply us as soon as possible as we only have 40 tables. Tables are given on first come first serve basis. Once payment is made, the table is locked as yours.
3. On that note, Parkroyal has also offered to let us make reservations at their hotel at a discounted price. You may do a group booking with us if there is enough demand for the rooms. The rooms are only available subjected to availability. a) Superior room @ RM250.00++ --> Queen size bedb) Deluxe room @ RM 305.00++ --> King size bed or twin set bed 4.
