Library Noise
There have many complaints that the library has become too noisy. Students are advised to bring down the noise level by talking softly at the café area. If the noise level remains high, the café at the library may be abolished.
Car Park
Students should remove their car at 6.30 PM and move to the sub-basement for safety reasons.
Also, parking in the sub-basement on weekends is free of charge.
Canteen Issues
Please remember to clean up after yourself after you eat in the canteen. Pick up your own plates and utensils and put them in the appropriate basins.
If you are buying food from the outside vendors please do not use the canteens utensil. (Not all the vendors outside are halal, so there are concerns about that.)
Dress Code
Oh man, guys, I cannot stress how important this is. There have been so many complaints from Partner Medical Schools, the Hospitals and whatnot. There is a board that the SRC have put up near the ATM machine. Please read it and be aware of the dress code policy.
If you are found continuously violating the policy, and the guard has taken your name down three times already, then you will be issued a letter that will go in your file (which will be seen by the Partner Medical/Dentistry Schools & Seremban Clinical School).
If you still continue violating it, then the issue can go to the Dean. :(
Trust me, currently this is a very, very big issue. So dress right at all times.
Lost and Found
The SRC office is not the Lost and Found area. :D That would be the Admins office, 1st floor, the place near the pharmacy PBL rooms (where we had our patient interviews last sem). Please make sure you keep checking the lost and found a few times after losing the object.
IT Batch Reps
The DT108 IT batch rep is Arthur. ME108 still has to elect one.
IT Employment
Also, the IT department in offering part time employment for students. There are 10 spaces available. The timing is 6PM-10PM Mon to Fri and 8.30 AM-6 PM Sat to Sun. This will be effective after the raya break.

In the forum: Clubs can advertise future events, a lost & found archive will be started and hopefully each batch's timetable will be uploaded. Also, any complaints to SRC can go straight into the forum as well. & lots, lots more.
Acne Talk
Did you know Prof. Ong Kok Hai has a product called Bio-Ti for acne treatment? For more info, read this article, or visit the company's site. [He also helped come up with TyphiDot which is a dot ELISA kit which detects IgM and IgG antibodies against S. Typh. Pretty cool, huh?]
Anyway, there are plans for him to hold a talk on Acne on the 26th (date might be changed though) in the audi at 12.45 PM. It's gonna be pretty interesting. We need at least 10 people from our batch (but we can have more!).
Server Shutdown
On the 19th (next friday) the server will shut down from 6 PM for maintenance. It will probably be back up on the 20th at 12 PM-ish.
Hepatitis B Vaccines
Everyone should have gotten their immunization shots and the follow ups.
That's about it. We'll be repeating some of this during announcements. :D
